Homestart: Lotus Domestic Abuse Recovery Programme 

Our sessions cover:

• an opportunity for you to discuss the different types of domestic abuse you have experienced and reflect on the early warning signs
• talk through the elements of a healthy relationship
• The impact that domestic abuse has had on you and how to take back control
• Managing your anxiety and building your confidence
• if you have children, it will support you to parent children who may have experienced trauma.

Due to social distancing this programme is currently delivered online via Zoom. We offer various programme slots throughout the week, and this service is run continually.
