Hastings – Family Transitions
Over five weeks in small group sessions you will explore everything from stress and anger management, to how to communicate better with your ex-partner. You will get new ideas about managing day to day dramas and ongoing trauma of your situation. There are two separate courses running – a day course or an evening course to enable you and your ex to attend but on separate courses so you don’t attend with your ex-partner but you are both able to get the support you need.
This has been a very helpful course-thank you. After a year of post-natal depression, I now feel a lot more confident and happier as a parent. This course is beneficial in numerous ways.
